Grant Management Oversight Role

The Grants Board Member is responsible for spearheading all grant-related activities and managing volunteers involved in grant writing.

• Developing and maintaining standardized content highlighting Seicento's marketing, measurement, diversity, and educational initiatives for use in grant applications.
• Completing grant applications and reports for various granting organizations, including city, county, state, national, local, and corporate entities, as well as non-profit foundations.
• Collaborating with the Fundraising Board Member to establish a donor relation giving levels strategy.
• Composing thank-you notes to local government representatives in support of funding from state organizations.
• Ensuring that granting organization logos are prominently displayed on all marketing and digital media materials.
• Verifying that granting organization logos appear on all concert signage and are mentioned during concert introductions.
• Working closely with Seicento's Treasurer to forecast annual revenue and expenses for grant activities.
• Maintaining an Excel spreadsheet detailing key granting organizations by opportunity potential and viability.
• Coordinating with Seicento's Board of Directors, Artistic Director, and Chorus to provide a seamless experience for donors, patrons, and marketing audiences.
