- Shall conduct Collection Operations Management and intelligence analysis to support operational HUMINT oversight and risk mitigation.
- Intelligence analysis should provide the detailed analysis necessary to support current and future, full-spectrum HUMINT operations and will ensure proper representation of operational gain or potential operational gain to decision makers.
- Shall prepare intelligence reports and recommend courses of action to the Government on measures. Products include threat assessments, trend analyses, and information papers using a multidiscipline approach.
- Shall incorporate all-source information to produce time-sensitive intelligence reports and finished intelligence products.
- Shall conduct assessment of HUMINT reporting against validated operational requirements.
- Minimum 8 years of experience as Collection Operations Management Officer, OR Minimum cumulative 8 years experience in at least two of the following specialties: HUMINT Analyst, HUMINT Targeting Officer or Collection Operations Management Officer.
- Understanding of Intelligence Cycle.
- Understanding of HUMINT operations.
- Understanding of HUMINT Collection Management.
- Understanding of data visualization and quantitative metrics.
- Must possess strong oral and written communication skills, presenting and advocating for analytic methodologies.
- College education cannot be used in lieu of experience.
- Must be a graduate of any of the following courses: HT-JCOE - Joint CI / HUMINT Analysis and Targeting Course
