    Your role

    We're looking for an Associate Director, Critical Infrastructure Systems Engineer to:

    Support UBS Critical Infrastructure environment with a focus on active directory services, Azure, provisioning, and public key infrastructure.
    Handle complex incident, problem and change management activities.
    Perform risk and security self-assessments across UBS critical infrastructure platforms.
    Support project delivery and transfer technical requirements into business solutions.
    Design and implement service improvement solutions to critical infrastructure environment.
    Leverage automation and development technologies to execute operational stability and maintenance tasks. Support Project delivery and other service change management activities.
    Perform risk and security self-assessments across critical infrastructure platforms.
    Develop and maintain standard processes to ensure AD service levels are met.
    Ensure global team of enterprise administrators adhere to AD governance model and security standards. Responsible for change management, CAB procedures and project communication.
    Ensure cross-functional team co-ordination as appropriate for project deliverables.

    Manage identity access management of Azure subscriptions, Azure AD, Azure AD application proxy, Azure AAD connect, Multi factor Authentication, and Azure AD conditional access policies.

    Review AD capacity and disaster recovery plans. Innovate and improve features of the AD service.

    Support and drive Data Centre Operations, Server moves (DC Exit) to next generation data networks (NGNI/NGCN), datacenter power maintenance, annual business continuity (BCM) exercises, and Infra weekends (IWE).

    Support AD modernization (consolidated 25 Active Directory Domains to 5 strategic AD domains).
    Design, implement and upgrade the global backup and recovery of Active Directory solution using the Quest tools.
    Design and implement WSUS 3.0 patch management solution to patch Tier 0 critical infrastructure.
    Contribute to the integration of OnPerm Directory to Cloud Azure Active Directory using DirSync and Azure AAD Connect.

    Install, configure and administer active directory using Quest tools such as Quest ARS, Reporter, Quest Recovery, and Quest Change Auditor.

    Your expertise

    Education & Experience Requirement

    Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field of study and five (5) years' experience in the offered role or as a Systems Engineer, or a related occupation.


    Position requires experience with the following:
    Windows Active Directory;
    Azure AD;
    DevOps;
    CA PKI WAP;
    SCOM, SCORCH & MIM;
    Splunk and Quest Tools;
    Backup & Recovery;
    Hyper-V and VMware; and
    Power Shell and VB scripting;
