Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and visionary Director of AI and Cloud Engineering to lead our talented team of engineers in the development, implementation, and optimization of AI-driven solutions deployed on cloud infrastructure.

The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of both AI algorithms and cloud architecture, coupled with strong leadership abilities and a proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute the strategic vision for AI and cloud engineering, aligning technology initiatives with business objectives and market trends.
Team Management: Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of engineers, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning.
AI Solution Development: Oversee the design, development, and deployment of cutting-edge AI solutions, leveraging machine learning, natural language processing, computer vision, and other AI techniques.
Cloud Infrastructure Management: Architect scalable and resilient cloud infrastructure solutions, optimizing performance, security, and cost-efficiency.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with product management, data science, and other cross-functional teams to define requirements, prioritize projects, and ensure seamless integration of AI and cloud technologies.
Quality Assurance: Establish and enforce best practices for software development, testing, and deployment, ensuring the reliability, scalability, and maintainability of AI and cloud systems.
Performance Optimization: Continuously monitor and optimize the performance of AI models and cloud services, identifying opportunities for improvement and innovation.
Compliance and Security: Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards, as well as the highest standards of data privacy and security.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
Proven experience (8 years) in software engineering, with a focus on AI and cloud technologies.
Strong proficiency in AI frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch) and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
Solid understanding of machine learning algorithms, deep learning techniques, and AI model development workflows.
Expertise in architecting, deploying, and managing cloud infrastructure, with a focus on scalability, reliability, and security.
Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve ambitious goals.
Demonstrated track record of successfully leading complex engineering projects from conception to delivery.
Strong problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail and a commitment to excellence.
