Seeking a Senior QA JAVA Tester to Serve as System Test lead for major JAVA applications; Define, plan, design and execute tests; Prepare and manage statistical and status reports. Research and review system design and technical documentation to develop detailed system test estimate, design and planning documents. Execute manual and automated functional using HP/Microfocus Test Tools, Load Runner, QTP/UFT, regression and performance tests, analyze outcomes, and support resolution to successful completion of tests.

Role And Experience
- 4 years experience serving as a system test lead for a large complex JAVA application
- 7 years experience testing to include (test planning, test development (test cases, test scripts, and test scenarios), and test execution) for large, complex multi-platform applications.
- 6 years experience using HP/Microfocus Test Tools (i.e. ALM/ALM Octane, Load Runner, QTP/UFT-Unified Functional Testing) & Rational Performance Tester.
- Serve as System Test lead for major applications; Define, plan, design and execute tests; Prepare and manage statistical and status reports for unit managers and higher-level managers
- Research and review system design and technical documentation to develop detailed system test estimate, design and planning documents
- Develop and maintain requirements traceability matrices, system test plans, system test scenarios and manual and automated test scripts
- Execute manual and automated functional, regression and performance tests, analyze outcomes, and support resolution to successful completion of tests
- 7 years experience using database query tools and writing SQL. (i.e. Toad, AQT, etc.)
- 7 years experience performing system testing of large complex JAVA applications
- 1 year experience in Agile Methodology/Testing.
- 1 year experience using JIRA.
- 3 years experience analyzing and executing batch processing jobs
- 1 year experience in testing webservices using SOAP/REST or any related tool.
- 1 year experience using GIT, Nexus, & Jenkins for Continuous Testing
- 1 year experience in Mobile Testing (iOS, Android)
- 1 year experience in Security Testing
- Experience in Mobile Emulator Testing
- Research & Innovation: Proof of Concepts
- Develop automated test scripts and execute
- Prepare and manage system test data
- Document and communicate test status and results; Track, report and validate defects and work with the team on resolution
- Prepare formal written test estimates
- Deliver ad hoc written and oral presentations related to system testing.
- Attend project/scrum meetings and debrief management and team members on meeting content
- Interact with prospective customers during product demos/evaluations/Show & Tell
- Ability to work in both agile and waterfall Methodologies.
- bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering or a related technical discipline
