- Provide financial direction and support to the Controller/finance team
- Conduct financial analysis to monitor spending in key areas
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and division policies
- Internal auditing and review of financial data
- Maintain leases in the Planon platform
- Assist with journal entries and accruals
- Implement accounting procedures and recommend changes
- Train and provide guidance to Accounting support staff
- Manage banking and cash activities
- Contribute to special projects and audits
- Strong analytical skills
- Detail-oriented
- Good communication skills
- Proficiency in Excel, Word, and ERP software
- Ability to work independently or in a team
- Knowledge of business processes and controls
- Experience with Great Plains or other accounting systems
