- Location: Walterboro, SC
- Duration: 13-week contract with potential for extension
- Hours: 40 hours per week, 8-hour shifts, 8am-5pm
- Pay: Negotiable based on experience and facility budget; blended pay packages for travelers

- Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in their homes, ensuring individualized and high-quality care.
- Administer medications, perform treatments, and monitor patient responses to care.
- Conduct patient assessments using OASIS (Outcome and Assessment Information Set) to develop and update individualized care plans.
- Utilize Homecare Homebase software to document patient care activities, ensuring accurate and timely record-keeping.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans tailored to each patient's needs.
- Monitor patient health and respond to changes in condition, providing appropriate interventions and updates to the care plan.
- Communicate with patients' families regarding their care and treatment plans, offering education and support as needed.
- Adhere to infection control protocols, safety guidelines, and regulatory requirements to ensure patient and caregiver safety.
- Active South Carolina RN license
- Current American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- At least 2 years of RN experience, with one year in a similar home health setting
- Must be proficient in Oasis & Homecare Homebase
- Must have reliable transportation
