- Collaborate with H iring M anagers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Source and screen candidates, conduct initial interviews, and present qualified candidates to Hiring Managers.
- Manage candidate pipelines and ensure timely communication throughout the recruitment process.
- Bachelors degree in H uman R esources , Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- 1-3 years of full-life cycle recruiting experience with a focus on agency, corporate, or retail recruitment
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
- E xcellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A bility to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with applicant tracking systems.
- Ability to maintain an elevated level of discretion and confidentiality.
