    Total Wine & More is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist , to join our Field T alent Acquisition team onsite in Bethesda, MD . Y ou will play a pivotal role in recruiting top talent for our retail stores . This entry to mid-level role is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to advance their career in recruiting. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the end-to-end recruitment process and contributing to the growth . This role will report to the Sr. Manager, Field Talent Acquisition.

    Y ou will:

    • Collaborate with H iring M anagers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
    • Source and screen candidates, conduct initial interviews, and present qualified candidates to Hiring Managers.
    • Manage candidate pipelines and ensure timely communication throughout the recruitment process.
    You will come with:
    • Bachelors degree in H uman R esources , Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
    • 1-3 years of full-life cycle recruiting experience with a focus on agency, corporate, or retail recruitment
    • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
    • E xcellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • A bility to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with applicant tracking systems.
    • Ability to maintain an elevated level of discretion and confidentiality.
