    We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Trained Medical Aide to join our team and contribute to the well-being of elderly residents in our facility. As a TMA, you will play a crucial role in providing medication administration, adhering to the Minnesota Board of Nursing Regulations, facility rules, and established policies and procedures.

    Responsibilities:

    • Administer medications to elderly residents with precision and adherence to regulatory guidelines.
    • Work under the supervision of the charge nurse to ensure optimal care delivery.
    • Observe and communicate effectively with the charge nurse regarding the health and well-being of elderly residents.
    • Collaborate with the care team to assist with various patient care activities.
    • Uphold empathy, dignity, and confidence while working in a team-oriented environment.
    • Ensure compliance with facility rules and regulations to maintain a safe and supportive atmosphere.
    • Contribute to a positive and fun-filled environment for both residents and team members.

    Qualifications:

    • Certified as a Trained Medical Aide (TMA) in accordance with Minnesota Board of Nursing Regulations.
    • Proficient in medication administration and adherence to established protocols.
    • Excellent communication skills to convey observations and information to the charge nurse.
    • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-like environment, demonstrating empathy and maintaining dignity.
    • Confidence in providing care to elderly residents with a focus on their overall well-being.
