    While maintaining its stronghold as a generics powerhouse, our client is expanding its pipeline to concentrate on vital therapeutic areas such as neuroscience, immunology, and immuno-oncology.

    They are seeking a

    Senior Director of Translational Medicine

    with Immunology expertise to lead a cross-functional translational medicine teams in a matrix environment.

    In this role, you will operate within a matrix environment, guiding the planning, design, execution, and data interpretation of translational and precision medicine studies across all stages of drug development.


    Requirements:
    MD qualification required ; MD/PhD preferred
    Minimum of 3 years' experience in translational and precision medicine research, biomarker sciences, clinical development, and drug discovery within the Biotech or Pharma industry
    At least 2 years of managerial experience is essential
    Profound knowledge and experience in Immunology or immuno-oncology


    Responsibilities include:
    Lead initiatives in biomarker discovery and development, integrating molecular, histologic, radiographic, physiologic, and digital biomarkers with drug response, safety, and compliance
    Oversee the formulation and execution of a comprehensive translational medicine strategy for the portfolio of programs/products within assigned therapeutic areas, encompassing all phases of clinical development

    Direct the selection, planning, design, execution, and data interpretation of translational medicine studies, including Phase 0, 1b, proof of concept, window of opportunity, surrogate biomarkers, and intermediate clinical endpoints, among others.
