    Overview:

    Summary

    Has overall responsibility to establish, drive & execute the Inflammation & Autoimmunity (IAI) strategy for the country. To build the operational structure & drive the launch of Incytes first dermatology brand, followed by subsequent launch products. To define & execute the business plan for IAI products in the market including delivery of medical, VAP and commercial goals, annual financial targets, driving cross functional strategies & tactics in line with regional IAI business strategy. To build and maintain a strong Incyte culture and team spirit for IAI locally.

    Duties and Responsibilities

    Lead, develop and implement market entry strategy & Go-to-Market plan for Incytes first dermatology brand

    Ensure plans are executed on budget and on time

    Drive commercial activities to meet annual revenue targets

    Build a team with the right experience, belief and motivation to drive a successful launch

    Work cross functionally with local and regional colleagues to define & execute the optimal commercialization & reimbursement strategy

    Enable early sales opportunities from approval of marketing authorization (in accordance with local compliance/medical/legal)

    Drive development of the annual country brand plan and prepare accurate product sales forecasts

    Provide support and guidance to the medical affairs director for the execution of the medical plan and tactics

    Partner with the country medical director to ensure medical activities are appropriately supported and executed according to the medical plan

    Lead, drive & develop educational programs, advertising, promotion and sales aids in accordance with the annual brand plan in partnership with external agency partners

    Ensure Incyte participation & presentation at congresses, meetings and physician trainings, incl appropriate booth and educational materials

    Ensure Incyte relationships with local PAGs are developed effectively and are compliant

    Understand and map the local/regional/national funding, clinical and access decision processes and identify all key VAP stakeholders

    Lead, develop and execute customer strategies, segmentation & targeting to optimize field deployment in partnership with sales and medical teams

    Work closely with other IAI BUDs across Europe to share learnings and best practice

    Cooperate actively with the other members of the local leadership team

    Contribute positively to a strong culture of business integrity and ethics

    Act within compliance and legal requirements as well as within company guidelines

    Requirements

    Life Sciences or similar relevant degree or equivalent professional qualification

    More than 10 years of experience in promoting specialist pharmaceutical products preferably in dermatology/immunology/auto immunology and in a national role

    Demonstrated track record of specialist sales, product management and first line sales management

    Market access experience is desired

    Strong team player

    Very strong communication and presentation skills

    Professional appearance

    Strong knowledge of industry compliance rules and requirements

    Self-motivated entrepreneurial mindset

    Good IT-skills

    Fluent in local language and English
