WHITTINGHAM is currently expanding its team and is seeking skilled Sales Representatives with exceptional customer service abilities for a leading supplemental benefits company in the United States with a rich history of over 65 years. The company is in the process of broadening its reach, and we have an immediate requirement for committed Sales Representatives with ambitious objectives.

Details about the Sales Representative role:

As a Sales Representative, you will serve as the crucial link between the company and its customers. You will have the opportunity to enter a management career track within 60-90 days of joining. The internal training program is structured to provide you with the necessary tools to steer your career towards success within the company right from the start.

Our representatives do not engage in cold-calling or client solicitation. Instead, we have a dedicated public relations department that maintains connections with over 44,000 groups throughout North America, assisting them in accessing supplemental benefits.

Qualifications:

· Excellent communication skills
· Fundamental computer knowledge
· Strong work ethics
· Outgoing, vibrant, and energetic with a positive demeanor
· Sense of accountability and openness to coaching
· Proficient time management abilities
· Ability to pass a standard background check

Prior experience is not mandatory. We will provide comprehensive training on all the necessary aspects to ensure your success.
