    We're looking for an HR (Talent Acquisition) Intern to join our Talent Acquisition team in Bridgewater, NJ.

    The HR Intern will support Talent Acquisition with recruitment activity outlined below. Assignment will be through December 2024 but could be shortened or expanded depending on business need and availability of candidate.

    What you'll do
    • Full life-cycle recruitment for select job openings which includes managing candidates/job descriptions in our ATS (Workday); sourcing candidates using LinkedIn and other platforms; posting jobs to various job boards including our internal and external job boards; hosting debriefs for intern hiring; supporting the job offer process; maintaining good requisition hygiene and a positive experience for all stakeholders
    • Partnering with TA team in the Americas as well as all stakeholders (Hiring Mangers, Interview team, HR Business Partners, HR Services, Total Rewards) throughout the recruitment process to ensure an effective, efficient and compliant recruitment end-to-end process
    • Support HR related initiatives/projects/programs such as our internship program (sourcing, screening, event management/participation, etc.)
    • Support for TA Recruiters if needed when out of office as needed to ensure stakeholders have a point of contact and to keep critical recruitment activities moving forward
    • Follow company/TA processes, procedures, practices, confidentiality to ensure compliance, fairness and efficiency in all aspects of the recruitment process
    Your qualifications
    • Currently enrolled in college pursuing a degree in Human Resources or related field
    • Previous intern experience in Talent Acquisition/recruitment space (includes sourcing; interviewing; working directly with stakeholders) preferred.
    • Ability to work 2-3 days minimum per week (flexibility as needed)
    • Experience with Workday, LinkedIn, Handshake and other recruitment platforms/technologies a plus
    • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future company sponsorship needs.

    Pay Rate: Hourly Rate ($22 up to $29 based on year of study)
