    TITLE: SharePoint Developer (Application Developer)

    ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
    The City of Phoenix, Aviation Department is seeking a SharePoint Developer to augment the Technology division's Business Applications and GIS team. This position will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing solutions in .NET and assisting with development and maintenance tasks for the Aviation department's SharePoint on-prem intranet and SharePoint Online intranet migration project.

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
    The ideal candidate would be a passionate, and curious problem solver with having experience with SharePoint Online, SharePoint on premises, and application development. A qualified candidate will have advanced knowledge of C#, .NET and possess good communication skills. This position will also be assisting the effort of migrating the existing SharePoint 2010 platform to SharePoint Online and converting existing InfoPath forms with complex flows to PowerApps and PowerAutomation based forms.

    EXPERTISE WITH THE FOLLOWING TECHNOLOGIES (REQUIRED):
    3+ years of .NET development experience.

    •3+ years of experience with SharePoint development, customization, and administration.

    •3+ years of production support experience on SharePoint on-premises and SharePoint online

    •3+ Experience in migrating from legacy SharePoint to SharePoint online, including the use of migration tools, such as ShareGate.

    •3+ years of experience with SharePoint Workflows.

    •1+ years of experience working with Power Apps.

    •1+ years of experience with Power Automate.

    •Ability to work in a hybrid telecommute position requiring in-office days in a week.

    •Proven ability to design, define, and adhere to excellent customer support processes.

    •Proven ability to focus on customer needs and deliver results.

    •Strong desire to learn new technologies and be adaptive to new tools.

    DESIRED KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS: N/A
    1+ years of working in with MS InfoPath.

    •1+ years of experience with Power Pages.

    •1+ years of SPFX development.

    •Experience with .NET Core.

    •Microsoft SharePoint Certification.

    WORKING CONDITIONS/PHYSICAL EFFORT:
    Not much physical work is required.
