Qualified Candidates:

• Must have leadership experienced with a proven track record
• Must be board certified in critical care
• Virginia licensure or ability to obtain
• Experience leading reams and improving quality measures
• Must have excellent interpersonal skills to communicate clearly and concisely with all levels of nursing, physicians and administration
