Treasury Management Financial Advisor

Develops new business and retains treasury management business for assigned portfolios, markets, and geographies. Prepares consultative sales calls to discuss banking needs with clients, analyzes cash flows, creates proposals outlining suitable treasury products and services.

Job Responsibilities:

• Develops new business opportunities expanding existing relationships. Promotes all treasury management solutions.

• Negotiates proposal letters fee agreements final contracts implementing treasury management services; assists commercial partners on development efforts keeping them abreast of product enhancements sharing knowledge with peers serves as subject matter expert guiding less experienced team members providing risk guidance within functional area observing company policies procedures laws regulations reporting known or suspected violations in a timely fashion

3. Leverages data analytics reporting to uncover mutual value benefits between Synovus bank customers creating reports using Microsoft Excel Word PowerPoint responding customer inquiries resolving issues performing service maintenance leveraging appropriate bank resources communicates effectively within the organization delivering excellent customer experience maximizes implementation conversion rates utilizing vertical horizontal partnerships serving primarily as point contact for client interactions developing key relationships managing implementating projects utilizing these skills routinely increasing revenue driving market strategy maintains ongoing communication partnering achieving annual targets enables promotion expantion exceeding growth propells unity cohesive dynamic culture.
