- Evaluating and treating center patients following standards of care
- Coordinating patient services such as referrals and care coordination
- Participating in new service growth opportunities within the Center
- Ensuring personal compliance with licensing and accrediting bodies
- Spending 100% of your time on direct patient care
- Current and unrestricted medical license
- Graduate of accredited MD or DO program
- Demonstrated excellence in interpersonal relationships
- Engagement in integrated team-based care
- Superior patient/customer service skills
- Board certification in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine or Geriatric Medicine
- Active DEA license
- Experience managing Medicare Advantage patient panels
- Knowledge of Medicare guidelines and HEDIS quality indicators
