- Gain proficiency in the current Adaptive Planning application and infrastructure architecture Solution.
- Collaborate with the current Implementation Partner to devise solutions for enhancements or bug fixes.
- Assist in system testing including QA, SIT, UAT, E2E, and Performance testing.
- Proficiency in Workday Adaptive Planning.
- Possession of Workday Adaptive certification.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to provide accurate estimates and realistic implementation timelines for various tasks and projects.
- Familiarity with Adaptive's REST APIs and data model.
- Extensive expertise in integrations and performance optimization.
- Thorough understanding of Workday concepts like Level, Attributes, Dimensions, Sheets, and Accounts.
- Proficient in designing intricate solutions with Adaptive Integrations.
- Experience in assessing performance impacts of calculations due to Cold and Warm cache, usage of Git for source control, Continuous Integration tools like Jenkins, and build tools such as Maven/Ant.
- Broad knowledge of web application architectures and familiarity with Microsoft and Google tools.
- Strong understanding of forecasting, contract management, revenue accounting, licensing, and IT standards.
- Advanced knowledge of packaged software concepts, capabilities, and integration.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Effective time management and organizational abilities.
- Experience working with Linux-based servers and investigating production incidents/logs.
- Background in the financial industry and Intellectual property licensing.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.
