    Currently, ManTech is seeking a motivated, career and customer-oriented Program Analyst to join our team in the Lexington Park, MD location.

    Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

    • Analyze program cost requirements and develop budgets.
    • Perform program/project analysis.
    • Participates as a member of and/or supports the specified Program Integrated Product Teams (IPTs); and IPT directed business meetings.
    • Collect, complete, organize, and interpret financial information related to product programs.
    • Track program/project status and schedules, to include risk identification and management.
    • Applies policies and procedures for financial planning.
    • Development of organization and project level business processes, standards, and procedures
    • Development, maintenance, and reporting of overarching project financial requirements.

    Basic Qualifications:

    • At least three (3) years of professional experience relevant to Management Analyst duties in support of program/project requirements
    • BS/BA degree in technical or business discipline

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Cost Estimation / Management Analyst experience within the NAVAIR or Navy DoD environment

    Security Clearance Requirements:

    • Secret Clearance required
    • U.S. Citizenship required

    Physical Requirements:

    • Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50%
    • Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine and computer printer.
    • The person in this position frequently communicates with co-workers, management, and customers.
