    Description

    **Job Title:** Family Practice Physician

    We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Family Practice Physician to join our multi-disciplinary team of healthcare providers.

    The successful candidate will work under the leadership of the Chief Medical Officer to achieve the organizational goals of Bay Area Community Health through the delivery of primary medical and educational care in a patient-centered environment.

    Responsibilities:

    • Provide comprehensive primary medical and educational care to patients, following clinic protocols and policies.
    • Maintain accurate and confidential medical records in compliance with state regulatory standards and clinic policies.
    • Oversight of clinical support staff, including Midlevel Practitioners, Medical Assistants, and Nursing staff.
    • Handle operational issues on the clinical floor to ensure continuity of services and a smooth patient flow.

    We strive to provide high-quality care to our multicultural, multilingual patient population in an outpatient, primary care community health center setting.
