Role: Workday functional / 1X workday payroll

Location: Onsite in San Antonio (remote possible)

Duration: Full Time

Description:

Functional Consultants for both of these roles. 1 is Functional Consultant with a wide breadth of HCM module experience and 1 is for a Functional Consultant focused in the Payroll module.

Both will be responsible for:

Working with the business to gather and clarify requirements

Presenting solution designs and steering the business towards best practices

Configuring the functional modules (Varies, depending on the role)

Troubleshooting and resolving issues as part of Tier 2/3 support

Implementing Workday

Recruiting and Onboarding with Phenom

Time Administration

Core HR

Payroll

Absence Administration

Benefit Administration

Advanced Compensation

Talent Management

Learning and Development, Extended Enterprise

Workday Help and Knowledge (ticketing system)

Prism Analytics

Workday Extend
