Job summary
This job involves working under the direction of assigned manager to plan coordinate and direct construction inspections. It also includes assisting with design reviews for Division's Housing programs.Responsibilities
- Directs activities of employees and/or consultants engaged in inspecting the construction of rehabilitated and newly constructed single and multi-family units.
- Recommends corrective action when problems are detected.
- Interprets government regulations and ensures program compliance to local state and federal codes and regulations.
