We are seeking a Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our rapidly growing office.

Job Description

Your duties will include handling customer inquiries, verifying information, performing telephone work, scheduling appointments, data entry, and collaborating with team members.

Responsibilities:

Handle potential customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
Verify client information and resolve any discrepancies.
Perform various tasks related to customer service via telephone.
Schedule appointments with clients as needed.
Accurately record and update client information using computer software.
Collaborate closely with team members to achieve common goals.

Requirements

The ideal candidate should possess a strong attitude, be highly reliable, have a 'CAN DO' attitude, and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

Bilingual in Spanish and English.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Able to multitask and adapt to changing priorities.
Familiarity with computer software and technology.

Work Schedule

Mondays through Fridays, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM. A reliable vehicle and valid driver's license are required.

Benefits
