Job Description

• Our mechanics make between $25 - $45 per hour based on diesel mechanic experience
• Company-provided mechanic uniforms
• Paid training is offered to mechanics with basic mechanical skills
• 100% company-paid medical, dental, and vision for employees only
• Benefits begin for employees on the 1st of the month
• 401k with up to a 5% match
• 3% Safe Harbor contribution to employee's 401k regardless of whether you contribute or not
• $50 cell phone reimbursement per management approval
• 120 hours of PTO at the start of employment with a max accrual of 240 hours

• Mechanic must have a valid driver's license
• Must have your own tools
• Mechanic must be able to pass a drug test and fit for duty physical
• Preferred formal mechanic training in working with diesel equipment/heavy equipment/farm equipment
• We prefer to have mechanics with 6 months to a year of previous diesel mechanic experience
• All diesel mechanics with at least 6 months of experience will be considered, but your pay is based on mechanical experience with heavy-duty/farm equipment
