We're searching for someone who can meet the following qualifications:
Experience in mobile crisis response is a plus
WHAT IT'S LIKE TO BE OUR CRISIS RESPONSE TEAM MEMBER
As a Crisis Response Team Member, your commitment extends beyond the standard 9-to-5. Respond to mental health crises in adults and children during evening, weekend, and holiday hours. Enjoy a schedule that offers flexibility and the unique opportunity to be there whenever the community needs you.
Your days will be filled with compassion and resilience. Respond swiftly to behavioral health crises, assessing needs, providing immediate support, and guiding individuals to the appropriate level of care. Collaborate within a multidisciplinary environment, ensuring effective communication to meet the diverse needs of those in crisis. Beyond crisis intervention, your consultations the following business day will ensure seamless follow-up services by our dedicated full-time staff. Complete screenings, assessments, and vital clinical documentation, maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements.
