Front End EngineerDivision SummaryWalmart Global Tech is the technical powerhouse behind Walmart Global eCommerce.

We employ big data at scale from machine learning, data mining and optimization algorithms, to modeling and analyzing massive flows of data from online, social, mobile and offline commerce.

We dont just engineer cool websites, mobile apps, and new services; we use our own opensource tools to create the framework.

Deployment is automated and accelerated through ouropen cloud platform. This makes us incredibly nimble and able to adjust in real-time to ourglobal customers.

Position is Centralized engineering portal providing seamless access to high quality curatedtechnical content for different phases of Software Development Lifecycle.

This comprehensiveportal will provide ratified design patterns, tech stacks, best practices, paths to building Cloud,Mobile, Web, and Data applications.

What You'll DoWe are looking for a strong Front End Engineer to help us build the next generation of UIexperiences and Development Portal.

We are seeking that rare combination of solid codingbackground, but an aptitude and love to apply cutting edge UI frameworks (Angular, ReactJS etc), challenge the status quo and raise the UX bar on every product you build.

Our idea candidate will not only understand how to use the most popular frameworks but also understand how they are designed and when to properly leverage them.

You have a provenrecord of building robust web-based applications, and have passion to deliver complex customer facing features and applications and take great personal pride in building cool interfaces for other developers to use.

Job ResponsibilitiesBachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field and 7+ year's experience in largescale enterprise software development environments or MS & 5+ years of relevantexperience7+ years of experience in interactive and responsive web development using HTML5,CSS3, Javascript and SASS for mobiles and tablets5+ Experience with several JavaScript frameworks

• ReactJS, Redux, NodeJS, AngularJS,Node JS & Vue JSExperience with Typescript and ECMAScript 6Experience in integrating APIs and Web ServicesExperience with unit testing frameworks Jest, Mocha and Chai.

Experience with Jenkins(CI/CD)Strong understanding of the web services, how components integrate, Cookies, headers,server to server communication is critical.

Experience working on Browser performanceand optimizationProven ability in implementing best/excellent practices and Design Patterns likepromises, application flow control, event/error/AJAX handling, RxJS, observablesExperience with analytics tools like Google Analytics or Adobe AnalyticsGood understanding of product engineering and experience working closely withproduct managers and designersAbility to work in a fast-paced and agile development environment and Excellent verbaland written communication skills.

Additional Preferred Qualifications:
