• Provide excellent customer service to all guests
• Control food and labor cost
• Prepare and serve food according to company standards
• Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards of the restaurant
• Train team members to ensure smooth operations

Requirements:

• Previous experience in the restaurant industry is required
• Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment
• Ability to multitask and work in a fastpaced environment
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
• Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Assistant Manager positions are available for candidates with previous supervisory experience.
