    Description

    KELLER is seeking a visionary addition to our team with a strong drive and sense of purpose. With a rich history spanning over a century, we continue to set the standard in our industry.

    In this role, you will immerse yourself in our client service procedures, catering to our existing base of 2,000 businesses while nurturing relationships to expand our clientele through referrals and leads. Additionally, you will oversee a small team, guiding them through the same processes.

    Your journey with us will involve mastering the necessary skills and progressing into the role of Agency Director, all while becoming an expert in training and mentoring your team using our established systems.

    This position offers a weekly salary range of $70,000 to $85,000 in the first year on average.




    Key Responsibilities:

    • Managing the current client portfolio.
    • Exploring new business prospects in the B2B sector.
    • Supervising team activities and outcomes.
    • Providing training and guidance to new team members on existing systems.
    • Reporting daily field activities using a Salesforce-based CRM.
    • Focusing daily on recruitment, training, and leadership enhancement.
    • Required Skills / Desired Qualifications:
    • Outstanding organizational abilities and attention to detail.
    • Proven time management skills, meeting deadlines consistently.


    Strong leadership and supervisory skills.·Effective task prioritization and delegation capabilities.·Aptitude for performing well in a dynamic and occasionally stressful setting.·Devotion to aiding individuals and fostering connections.·Exceptional time management and organizational proficiencies.·Prior experience in sales or customer service.·Self-driven with a goal-oriented mindset.·Community engagement enthusiasm.·Familiarity with CRMs (Salesforce preference).


    Licensing Requirements:

    • Valid Driver's License and eligibility to work in the U.S. are mandatory.
    • A clear background and personal transportation are essential.
    • Minimum 45-day evaluation period before advancement opportunities.
