In this role, you will immerse yourself in our client service procedures, catering to our existing base of 2,000 businesses while nurturing relationships to expand our clientele through referrals and leads. Additionally, you will oversee a small team, guiding them through the same processes.
Your journey with us will involve mastering the necessary skills and progressing into the role of Agency Director, all while becoming an expert in training and mentoring your team using our established systems.
This position offers a weekly salary range of $70,000 to $85,000 in the first year on average.
