Job summary
The Associate Director – BSW Field Education at Utah Valley University plays a vital role in preparing the next generation of social workers through meaningful, hands-on learning experiences.Responsibilities
- Mentor students in integrating theoretical and conceptual social work curriculum taught in the classroom into practice in the field setting through facilitating selected sections of the BSW Field Seminar course.
- Independently manage field education during the summer semester.
- Evaluate, regulate, and supervise field setting and field instructor effectiveness through field site visits to ensure compliance with Council on Social Work Education accreditation requirements
