    Social Commerce Assistant

    This role offers students and early-career professionals hands-on experience in e-commerce, customer experience, and digital marketplace operations.

    The ideal candidate will gain practical skills in online customer engagement, review management, dispute handling, and cross-functional collaboration while contributing to the growth of one of the fastest-scaling e-commerce channels.

    The selected candidate will be responsible for supporting day-to-day operations within a leading online retailer's sales platform. Key responsibilities include responding to buyer messages using approved macros and SOPs as well as monitoring product reviews across various platforms.
    The internship also offers opportunities for professional development through weekly check-ins with our experienced CX Manager.
    The main goal is to provide a holistic understanding of e-commerce operations including training on company procedures and best practices.
    The program runs part-time over six months (flexible hours) offering flexibility alongside comprehensive training.
