Human Resources Systems Analyst - Rockford - Clean Energy & Infrastructure Services

    Human Resources Systems Analyst plays a critical role in supporting the People & Culture team by managing and enhancing HR systems and data processes. This position ensures the accuracy and reliability of HR data, essential for decision-making, compliance, and strategic initiatives.

    You will collaborate closely with HR leaders to improve system functionality, reporting capabilities, and user experience, particularly focusing on iCIMS and other HR technologies. As the primary liaison between IT HRIS Program Managers and the People & Culture team, your responsibilities include configuring systems to address ongoing business needs and generating invaluable reports to support various HR functions such as compensation, compliance, talent acquisition, performance management, and recognition programs.

    This role involves collecting, validating, and analyzing large datasets from multiple sources to identify trends and provide strategic recommendations that align with organizational goals. You'll lead discussions to clarify metrics and reporting requirements while building strong relationships with stakeholders through effective communication.

    Location & Travel Details: This is an onsite position and can be located at one of our office locations: Dallas, Denver, Indianapolis, Fargo, Clinton, Phoenix, Rockford, Miami, or Birmingham.

    Responsibilities:

    • Administer and maintain HRIS platforms to ensure data integrity and process efficiency.
    • Manage Talent Acquisition systems (ATS/iCIMS, CRM) by providing operational support and quality control.
    • Conduct audits for accurate system data and collaborate with IT to resolve issues and enhance functionality.
    • Support process improvements by testing tools, documenting changes, and creating training materials.
    • Design and report HR metrics and dashboards to monitor key indicators like time-to-fill and turnover rates.
    • Ensure compliance with EEO, ADA, OFCCP, and data privacy regulations.
    • Collaborate with HR teams to streamline workflows and enhance employee and candidate experiences.
    • Support system upgrades and the implementation of new HR technologies.
    • Provide end-user training and troubleshooting support for HR systems.
    • Analyze HR data to identify trends and provide actionable insights for workforce planning.
    • Document processes and maintain policies and procedures related to HR systems.
    • Gather business requirements and recommend technology enhancements.
    • Participate in HR system projects, including upgrades and new implementations.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Information Systems, or a related field.
    • Three or more years of experience in HRIS or HR technology roles.
    • Experience with iCIMS and HR reporting tools, such as Excel and PowerBI.
    • HCM experience (UKG, Oracle, PeopleSoft) preferred.
    • Knowledge of compliance regulations and HR data privacy standards.

    Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

    • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret HR data.
    • Proficient in HRIS platforms and Microsoft Office Suite.
    • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
    • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
    • Understanding of HR compliance and best practices.
    • Experience in creating dashboards and visual reports for leadership.

    Working Environment:

    • This position may require visiting jobsites with some exposure to hazards or physical risks.
    • The work environment might involve exposure to unusual elements, such as extreme temperatures or dust.
