    Job Title: Slide Attendant - Water Park

    Location: American Dream, East Rutherford, New Jersey, United States of America

    About the Role

    We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Slide Attendant to join our team at DreamWorks Water Park.

    As a key member of our water park team, you will be responsible for ensuring our guests have an exceptional experience while using our waterslides and facilities. Your primary responsibilities will include:

    • Supervising the tops of water slides and entries to specific attractions
    • Instructing and reinforcing safe use of waterpark attractions to our guests
    • Responding to minor first aid situations and calling personnel for major concerns
    • Assisting with cleaning pool areas, slides, and staff spaces as required
    • Helping guests with questions or concerns regarding the facility and waterslides

    Requirements

    • Age 16 or above
    • Friendly, outgoing personality and ability to work in fast-paced environment
    • Excellent customer service skills and interest in aquatics
    • Previous swimming and aquatics experience considered an asset
    • Part-time position with flexible availability, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
    • Ability to pass basic security clearance

    Physical Job Requirements

    • Lift at least 40 pounds
    • Kneel and bend occasionally
    • Pull/push cart with 20 pounds of force
    • Stand for extended periods
