    This position is crucial to the success of our retail stores. They are also expected to promptly resolve customer concerns, maintain high-quality standards, and stay up-to-date with product features.

    The role involves contact with customers, which may include minors, and access to cash, electronic equipment, personal information, store merchandise, and other items of value. A review of criminal history is necessary to protect the business and its operations, as well as the safety of customers, staff, employees, vendors, contractors, and the general public.

    The selected individual will work at Store #721071, located at 3233 Meridiana Pkwy Iowa Colony, TX 77583.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Provide excellent sales service to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction
    • Assist customers in person and over the phone by determining needs and presenting products

    • Achieve sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis

    The estimated salary for this role is $40,000 - $60,000 per year, based on location and experience.

    Requirements:

    • Must be at least 18 years old
    • Must be legally authorized to work in the country without sponsorship
    • Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and 70 lbs occasionally
    • Must be willing to work all scheduled hours, including evenings and weekends

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Valid driver's license
    • High school diploma or GED
    • Previous experience in delivery, retail, or customer service
