Job Description

We are seeking an early to mid-career Program Planner to join our Fleet Ballistic Missile Program (FBM) team. As a Program Planner, you will support the Program Planning organization through providing functional support of Life Extension 2 Program in support of program execution planning activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Update an Integrated Master Plan (IMP) and create future fiscal year Integrated Master Schedules (IMS)
• Earn sure EIA-748 guidelines are followed regarding schedule
• Actively maintain cost, schedule, and technical accuracy by regularly coordinating with the cost team, CAM, and technical team

Requirements

To be successful, you must have a strong background in program planning as it relates to the development and management of the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) and its alignment with industry standards for program performance management compliance.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:
• Experience with planning/scheduling tools including cost-schedule integration
• Planning/scheduling experience on programs requiring EVMS
• Experience developing the Integrated Management Plan/Integrated Master Schedule (IMP/IMS)

Desired skills:
• Active Secret security clearance
• Microsoft Project or Open Plan Professional experience
• Strong influencing and relationship management skills

Salary

The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Maryland, Washington or Washington DC is $74,700 - $143,100. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location.
