    Location Description:
    Welcome to Pine Mountain Ski & Golf Resort, featuring our Upper Peninsula Premium 4-star all-season destination located in Iron Mountain, Michigan. Located less than 3 miles from Ford Airport and US route 2 you will enjoy easy access to numerous activities including top rated skiing with miles of some of the best groomed ski runs in the Midwest for every level of skier and snowboarding.

    Overview:

    The Night Auditor uses their engaging personality to create a memorable first impression for our guests. While checking in, registering guests, the Night Auditor is a source of knowledge for the guest for everything about the hotel, its amenities, and the local area. This role serves the key hours where service is of utmost importance, typically from 10pm to 8am.

    • This is a full time position
    • $13.00 per hour

    Responsibilities

    • Provide exceptional customer service by being engaging and taking sincere interest.
    • Check guests in, ensuring proper credit is received, special requests are noted and fulfilled, and accurate information is established.
    • Promote and sell special hotel programs.
    • Interact with hotel/resort staff in a professional manner, assisting other departments with necessary information.
    • Maintain house bank. Follow set procedures on posting, charges, cashing checks, safe deposits, and refunds.
    • Generate, Print and distribute daily and weekly reports.
    • Ensure the Night Audit procedures are followed with great attention to detail.
    • Communicate all pertinent information to manager on duty.
    • Assist other departments as needed.

    Qualifications:

    • Must have the ability to work the overnight hours.
    • A high attention to detail..
    • An outgoing and engaging personality.
    • Strong Computer skills.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced setting.
    • Ability to stand for the duration of the shift.
    • Must be available to work various shifts including weekends and holidays.
