    The primary responsibility for this sales management role is to expand and grow the St.

    You will provide a strategic, value-added, consultative approach utilizing my client's sales process in order to land new customers and create long term partnerships.

    My client is a national custom packaging solutions manufacturer with facilities in several states through out the US. This role will support the south Illinois location covering the St.

    My client has a full design team that can not only follow through on all sizes of boxes and displays but can handle the creative management and execution of any custom design needs.

    Assist marketing in identifying, developing, qualifying and closing sales leads within the focused market segments.
    *Utilize sales process in order to target, profile, analyze, propose, and close new business.
    *Identify and understand prospects' needs and interest in the company's products and services
    *Work closely with the Illinois manufacturing team to assure continuous supply of product as well as efficient turnover of stock products.
    *Become intimate with our product and service offerings.
    *High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required.

    • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
    • Successful sales experience; territory sales or account management within these focused business segments: Food & Bev, Pharma-Nutra, Ag, and Personal care.
    • Experience and knowledge in Packaging preferred.
    • Experience in Manufacturing Sales preferred.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
