Job summary:
This position is responsible for oversight & leadership over the day-to-day operations of Building Maintenance, Grounds Maintenance, Custodial Services project (maintenance) management utility management. Monitors energy usage develops programs to reduce energy consumption Assists Executive Director with administration of annual operating budget related to buildings grounds fleet services custodial services support logistics utility management Assists in development of five ten thirty year component replacement schedule Supervise direct reports including monitoring performance coaching team building Inspect completed assignments to ensure that quality customer expectations are met Work with personnel to develop goals objectives professional growth Set/verify schedules of supervisors on-call personnel custodial coverage Assign job duties based on job descriptions departmental needs requirements Responsible for development of department programs address employee relations affirmative action policies procedures related to departmental operations Develop revise departmental procedures/practices Interact internal external customers Develop goals objectives department Determines departments training needs supervisors develops programs Other Duties assigned Minimum Qualifications Bachelor Degree Facility Management Engineering Construction Management related field plus three years related work experience facilities grounds management equivalent combination education/experience Of required three years work experience one year must be supervisory demonstrated leadership experience This position requires use company vehicle business travel Selected candidate must successfully pass MVR insure under Aims insurance Pre employment post-offer physical evaluation will be required selected candidate Managerial experience relating buildings grounds multi-site educational facility Knowledge safety building codes regulations Ability work independently Maintain confidentiality Communicate effectively orally writing public setting Prioritize multiple projects utilizing skills resource organization effective priorities Computer literate Must possess strong customer service skills Preferred Qualifications Ability multitask handle wide range issues social groups Must be flexible demonstrated ability collaborate diverse internal external constituencies CEFP CFM PMI All Applicants Compare previous work experience job duties listed under Job Description section Enter job duties performed My Experience section We evaluate your experience based this information Please make sure you state whether work experience part time full-time employment listing average number hours worked per week This information used determine new annual salary Be sure upload all required documents listed above Additional Job Description section If there missing documents incomplete application will not considered Per Colorado Job Application Fairness Act may redact information identifies age date birth dates attendance graduation educational institution For more details visit our resource page:Job description
