I'm currently looking for a
Product Analyst
to join a dynamic, fast-paced team within a rapidly growing company. As part of our
Life Sciences product team
, you will have the opportunity to drive innovative solutions that shape the future of healthcare technology, clinical trials, and data integration. This position is focused on translating business and clinical needs into structured requirements, ensuring that our products meet the highest standards in terms of functionality and user experience.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain and prioritize product backlog with clear, actionable user stories and requirements.
- Collaborate with engineering to clarify requirements and ensure alignment with product goals.
- Apply knowledge of EHR systems and data integration (FHIR, HL7) to ensure seamless workflows.
- Lead agile ceremonies (sprint planning, backlog grooming) and manage user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Support customer discovery sessions and create value frameworks for sales and post-implementation activities.
Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience in a Product Analyst or similar role, preferably in healthcare technology or clinical trials.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, Jira, and data analysis.
- Experience with EHR systems, claims data, and interoperability standards (FHIR, HL7).
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate complex workflows into actionable requirements.
- Comfortable in an agile environment with a focus on quality and collaboration.
Preferred:
- Degree or certifications in healthcare, clinical informatics, or business analysis.
- Experience presenting to leadership.
Location:
Remote (with occasional travel to HQ and client sites, up to 25%).
