- Conduct personalized in-home consultations for every customer, focusing on driving sales and revenue growth.
- Drive continuous communication with property stakeholders and ensure focus on sales opportunities and revenue growth.
- Analyze and present information in a manner that facilitates decision making.
- Identify additional sales opportunities and drive upsell prospects.
- Participate in sales meetings as technical expert.
- Serve as Product Ambassador, educating customers on Hotwire's offerings and drive sales across all lines of business.
- Analyze industry trends and technological advancements to remain current and competitive.
- Other duties as assigned by Supervisor.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, preferably in a technical field, business, or marketing.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in telecommunications or related technical field.
- Proven track record of successful project management.
- Knowledge of cable and telecommunications products and services preferred.
- Ability to work cooperatively as a member of a team including cross functional teams and display interpersonal awareness.
- Ability to interact and support Executive Leadership team.
- Excellent organizational and administrative skills.
- Industry-related experience preferred.
