    As a Project Manager at Veolia HPD, you will play a pivotal role in driving the successful execution of our projects.


    Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

    Contractual Excellence:
    Execute projects in alignment with the contractual agreements between Veolia HPD and our valued clients.

    Effective Team Leadership:
    Direct and coordinate project team activities, fostering collaboration and productivity. Conduct regular team meetings to ensure clear communication and project alignment.

    Strategic Planning:

    Develop comprehensive project execution plans that outline key milestones and objectives, and proactively monitor progress to ensure successful project outcomes.


    Client Relations:

    Establish and maintain open channels of communication with our clients, serving as their primary point of contact for all questions and concerns throughout the project lifecycle.


    Transparent Reporting:

    Provide transparent and timely reporting of project progress, including schedule updates and monthly reports, to keep stakeholders informed and confident in our capabilities.


    Financial Oversight:

    Prepare and update project forecasts and progression schedules, while monitoring project costs to ensure adherence to budget and schedule commitments.

    Review and approve expenditures and invoices in a judicious manner.

    Supplier Collaboration:

    Collaborate with Procurement and Sales teams to negotiate effectively with suppliers and customers, representing Veolia professionally and securing the best offerings that align with project specifications, schedule, and budget.


    Engineering Expertise:
    Leverage your engineering knowledge to perform detailed design checks on process equipment, ensuring accuracy and compliance with project requirements.

    Technical Documentation:
    Create, review, and approve design documents, drawings, and specifications, maintaining meticulous records for project files.

    Supplier Evaluation:
    Evaluate supplier proposals for technical compliance, schedule alignment, and budget compatibility, selecting the best-suited suppliers to meet project needs.

    Engineering Parameters:
    Define and calculate key engineering parameters to monitor project progress effectively.

    Resource Management:

    Prepare comprehensive project lists for equipment, valves, instruments, utilities requirements, and loads, ensuring all resources are aligned with project needs.


    Issue Resolution:

    Investigate and resolve any comments or problems that may arise with suppliers, the jobsite, or the customer, maintaining a proactive approach to issue resolution.


    Commissioning Support:
    Provide technical assistance during the commissioning phase, including on-site visits as required to ensure smooth project transition.

    Supervisory Role:
    Supervise project engineers assigned to the project, stepping in as needed to support their work and ensure project success.

    Executive Reporting:
    Regularly report project progress and financial results to Executive Management, offering insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
