- Provide comprehensive administrative support to various CBU's (Customer Business Units), including managing correspondence, maintaining files and records, and handling routine activities such as scheduling meetings and preparing reports
- Identify areas for improvement, and recommend strategies to enhance productivity
- Facilitate effective communication and collaboration between various departments and teams
- Coordinate and manage organizational resources, including office supplies and equipment
- Participate in meetings, provide input for decision-making processes, and actively contribute to team initiatives
- Strong organizational, time management, communication and multi-tasking skills.
- A strong knowledge and comfort level with computers, Trane systems is preferred but not required.
- Proven experience in administrative support, operations coordination, or similar roles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with individuals at all levels
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in recordkeeping and data management
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and make sound judgments
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
- HVAC experience preferred but not required.
- Associates or Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.

Job Summary
Trane Key Accounts is hiring an General Administrator to support the Key Accounts Organization. The General administrator will be supporting and managing various administrative tasks and operations supporting the various CBU's. They will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing daily activities, assisting in coordinating and preparing for meetings, generating reports and ensuring efficient and effective operations.
