    NetSuite Administrators are part of the Dent Wizard Information Technology Platform Services team.

    This person manages all aspects of the platform, including system architecture, design, administration, workflow, SuiteBundles, Suite Script, maintenance, performance optimization, versioning, communication of system changes, and supports parallel teams with developmental scoping, business project work, and system integration efforts.

    This person partners with IT peers, multiple business units, and IT leadership to scope, evolve, optimize, customize, and support technology resources to meet the organization's growth mission.


    Essential Functions:
    Primary subject matter expert, trusted hands-on administrator for the NetSuite platform
    Design, configure and update security, permissions, roles and rights to system
    Ensures various business dependent NetSuite, SuiteBundles, and related integrated environments are properly updated and maintained
    Upkeeps configuration of system, business operating environments, facilitates data cleanup with a mind toward efficiency and effective operation of system for business
    Creates customized reporting, dashboards, workflows, scripts, saved search queries, screens, fields and objects within NetSuite platform
    Develops and communicate system feature, release and enhancement user training
    Maintain updated knowledge of NetSuite functionality, customizations, and integrations
    Advises, recommends, creates, and deliver technology solutions utilizing new/existing system features, functionality, and best practices to maximize value of system
    Partners with developers, business stakeholders, and vendors to ensure business requirements are realized
    Maintain functionality and enhancements for installed and integrated systems
    Provide break/fix, troubleshooting, and general support to IT and system users
    Understand complex business challenges and translate to technology requirements
    Participate in system configuration, security, and user access audits
    Demo improvements, lead User Acceptance Testing, and achieve project deliverables
    Comfortable juggling various priorities and initiatives in a deadline driven environment
    Monitor software and other third party SLA performance and contract compliance
    Team player minded both with business units, IT partners, and peer administrators

    Job Specifications:


    This position may be performed in a standard office environment and will operate more than 50% of the time in a stationary position.

    This person must be able to operate a computer, common software packages, smart phone, and other office machinery.

    This person must be able to effectively and frequently communicate with internal and external customers', IT peers, and cross-functional department leadership both in-person as well as virtually.


    Minimum Qualifications:
    Bachelor's degree in related field
    Suite Foundation and Administrator certification or equivalent experience
    5+ years of experience in NetSuite Administrator role with ability to mentor duties
    Experience designing or leading a NetSuite implementation and customization
    Ability to understand complex business processes and organizational structure
    Champion of NetSuite ERP, SuiteBundle, and Suite Script best practices
    Driven to increase personal knowledge and skills through innovation
    Proficient with utilizing NetSuite Sandbox for enhancements, iterations, testing and change management and production control best practices for promotions
    Competency to use good judgement, problem solving and ethical work practices
    Excellent written and verbal communication – especially with business stakeholders and when working with others IT professionals through detailed complex topics
    Proficient with NetSuite, OneWorld, Fixed Assets, SuiteAnalytics Connect, SFTP Connector, Coupa P2P + Expense SuiteBundle, Advanced Electronic Bank Payments, Avalara Avatax OneWorld, and related common SuiteBundle apps
    Experience with systems integrations
    Proficient leveraging with third parties and vendors obtain system quotes and IT support
    Proficient with writing, troubleshooting and optimizing Suite Scripts
    Proficient with NetSuite Cloud, performance optimization, workflow building, concurrency and prioritization best practices
    Ability to self-manage workload
    Ability to convert business rules and project requests into technical requirements
    This role is remote eligible, as agreed upon with the VP, Operations Engineering. Travel requirement is estimated at 30% to field sites, clients, and other company locations.

    Base Pay Range:
    $90,000 - $125,000.The total compensation package may also include commission, bonus or profit sharing.
