    Description

    Warehouse Worker Position at Staff Force

    The warehouse worker is vital in keeping the warehouse running smoothly by taking on various tasks to ensure everything flows efficiently. From loading and unloading goods to organizing inventory, this role is essential for the facility's operation.

    Responsibilities:

    • Loading and unloading materials/products
    • Sorting and organizing inventory based on set systems
    • Moving goods within the warehouse
    • Packing and labeling products
    • Assisting with inventory checks and stock rotation
    • Maintaining a clean and safe work environment
    • Following safety protocols and wearing necessary protective equipment
    • Supporting team members and other departments as necessary

    Qualifications:

    • Prior experience in a warehouse or similar setting is advantageous
    • Ability to handle heavy objects and perform physically demanding tasks
    • Basic math and literacy skills
    • Attention to detail and capacity to follow directions
    • Capability to work both independently and collaboratively
    • Availability for flexible work hours, including weekends and evenings

    Physical Requirements:

    • Able to lift and carry items weighing up to 30lbs frequently
    • Capable of standing, walking, and bending for prolonged periods
    • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with varying temperatures
