Job summary
The Supervisory Sales Associate will be the face of the company to both associates and customers highlighting the brand and image while contributing to building the reputation as a company that values its customers and their opinions.As a team leader, they will assist customers in recognizing the need for products and services while ensuring a positive and productive work environment through continuous learning opportunities.
Key responsibilities include customer service, sales cross-selling products knowing store layout making suggestions to customers on latest trends and current promotions based on individual needs upselling products using point-of-sale systems processing cash exchanges discounts gift cards credit cards debit cards cash handling completing various forms of paperwork reports reconciliation inventory managing merchandise security providing direction on assignments prioritizing projects tasks managing merchandise inventory.
