Job summary
Direct Production Team assign tasks allocate resources facilitate communication among staff regarding project status objectives performance address any project issues Interface with clients as directed throughout each project manage relationships ensure customer satisfaction Lead field survey teams needed development documentation as-built conditions Maintain organize archive project files during close of project Demonstrate utilize working knowledge lighting HVAC structural plumbing fire protection electrical design relevant codes including CBC ADA Coordinate submission documents building department support construction administration RFIs shop drawings submittals etc Maintain awareness understanding project schedules Exude collaborative positive attitude working with Production Team foster atmosphere learning professional growth Assist other duties necessary site visits as-builts code research etc Maintain MVE + Partners standards performance policies at all times Extensive knowledge Architectural detailing construction standards Required skills experience Degree in Architecture accredited institution Years experience professional office setting including broad experience various project types phases Multi Family experience required Advanced skills operating Revit CADD Microsoft Office Ability make independent decisions recommendation supervisor team leaders pertaining to the
- Degree in Architecture from an accredited institution
- 8-10 years of experience in a professional office setting.
