- Conduct comprehensive assessments and provide evidence-based intervention for students with speech and language disorders.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to students' specific needs and goals.
- Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and support staff to ensure a collaborative approach to intervention.
- Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of evaluations, progress reports, and other required paperwork.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest research and advancements in speech-language pathology.
- Possess a Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Hold a valid state licensure or eligibility for licensure as an SLP in California.
- Previous experience working with school-aged students is preferred.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
