We are searching for an experienced and detail-oriented Property Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations if a site in Towson, ensuring it is well-maintained, and providing exceptional customer service to our residents. You will be working with one leasing agent and two maintenance techs. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated and organized individual to take on a challenging role and make a real impact in the property management industry. The right candidate has been a Property Manager for 3 plus years or been an APM at a larger site for 5 plus years.

Responsibilities
Manage the day-to-day operations of assigned properties, including but not limited to:
+ Rent collection and accounting
+ Lease administration and renewal
+ Maintenance and repairs coordination
+ Resident relations and customer service
+ Compliance with company policies and procedures

• Conduct regular property inspections to ensure compliance with company standards and identify areas for improvement
  
• Develop and implement strategies to increase resident satisfaction and retention
  
• Collaborate with the maintenance team to ensure timely and effective resolution of maintenance requests
  
• Prepare and present regular property reports to management, including financial and operational metrics
  
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and implement changes as necessary
  
• Salary $75-90,000
