    The Talent Acquisition Partner plays a critical role in ensuring we hire the best possible talent for all positions.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Coordinate full-cycle recruiting for open positions, including interviewing and selection.
    • Sources candidates through traditional and non-traditional resources, such as social media, job posting boards, and professional networking sites.
    • Maintains tracking system of all requisition and applicant activity.
    • Delivers and negotiates employment offers.

    Requirements:

    • Minimum of 2 years of recruiting, sourcing, or human resource experience.
    • At least 1 year of experience working with an applicant tracking system.
    • Knowledge of federal and state employment laws.

    Compensation Package: The estimated salary for this position is between $58,100 and $91,300 per year, plus additional benefits.
