- Deliver/Pick up uniforms, linens, floor mats, and other products to current customers
- Responds and resolves customer issues, complaints, or requests and communicates all concerns/issues to the Service Manager
- Handles, properly and accurately, all paperwork related to deliveries including, but not limited to, invoices and Route Accountability Sheets
- High school diploma or GED required; some college coursework preferred
- Excellent customer service skills & communication skills
- Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record required
- DOT medical card (or able to obtain one)
- Able to frequently lift/carry 50-75 pounds
- Able to push/pull linen bins/delivery hamper weighing up to 200 pounds
- Able to drive extensively in varied weather conditions

Position Overview
As Crown continues celebrating over 100 years in business, we control the Northeast market with strong brand recognition, superior products, and a solid plan for the future. We are seeking a qualified applicant to join our close-knit, family-owned organization as a Route Service Representative. We're looking for someone that has excellent customer service skills, is detail oriented, and can work independently in a fast paced environment.
