    Johnson & Johnson is currently recruiting for a Sr. Manager Distribution Process Owner for an 24 Month based project located in Memphis TN, Raritan NJ. Relocation maybe consider within United States on a case-by-case basis if approved by the company.

    This position will drive a flawless brand-new Warehouse Management System (WMS) implementation, on time, on cost and on scope for the MedTech Memphis Logistics Center (MLC) and our Satellite Distribution Center (SDC) network attached to strategic MAKE sites.

    The replacement of the WMS is a key strategic Initiative within the Ethicon and CSS Business Units that will upgrade aging infrastructure platforms to secure our business today and become the cornerstone for future transformation of our distribution capabilities for the customer.

    This project will lay the groundwork for the development and deployment of key capabilities (People, Process, Automation, and Technology) to improve efficiency and effectiveness, whilst keeping our customer's needs central to what we do.

    This project will lay the foundation for the Tier 1 Distribution Centers Global Template.

    Key Responsibilities:


    Shape and lead identification of core business requirements, the creation of a strategic roadmap for E2E Distribution operation in Ethicon and CSS US and out of US along four dimensions; People, Process, Automation & Technology.

    Lead and Shape the development of standards via benchmarking, the utilization of Global and industry standards to effectively operate the Distribution network in the new landscape and the metrics to measure performance and adherence.

    Focus on the customer both internal and external to define Minimum Viable Product (MVP) and ensure solutions as defined and delivered meet or exceed that standard.

    Strategically define the prioritization of requirements and the tradeoff decisions between different requirements and scope elements to meet MVP today while laying the groundwork for tomorrow.

    Effectively prepare and communicate workstream status reports regarding key milestones, deliverables, considerations, and risks within the workstream and the broader project.

    Leverage cross-functional coordination across all workstreams to ensure the workstream is in-sync with the broader project team and delivering as needed.

    Ensure validation of systems in accordance with current GxP/SDLC processes and requirements.
    Drive coordination between the Process, Documentation, and Testing sub-workstreams to ensure on-time delivery of key objectives and deliverables.
    Responsible for coordinating with external contractors and drive accountability with all workstream team members within their scope of responsibility.
    Manage risks effectively, identify potential problems early, and assist in resolving or raising issues as appropriate.
    Qualifications

    Education:
    Minimum of a Bachelor's degree required; focused degree specifically in Logistics, Supply Chain, Systems or Business preferred

    Experience and Skills:

    Required:
    Medical Device sector/industry experience
    Minimum eight (8) years of related distribution experience
    Minimum four (4) years of WMS management, maintenance, or implementation experience
    Minimum three (3) years managing, and maintaining the Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC) in a validated and regulated environment
    Experience constructing and implementing Business and Operational strategies (Concept of Operations)
    Strong problem-solving, communication and influencing skills
    Consistent track record to working cross-functionally
    Flexibility and adaptability to thrive in a multifaceted environment.
    Attention to detail and a drive for ensuring data accuracy and integrity

    Preferred:
    MBA, Master in Business Administration and/or Supply Chain Management
    E2E supply chain knowledge and experience, such as operations, network planning and/or systems implementations
    Experience in SAP Order To Cash or ERP order management processes
    Experience in Ethicon & CSS Supply Chain processes
    Global or regional project experience
    Experience directly managing professional level resources
    Applied knowledge of project tools like Jira, Planisware, MS Project.
    Experienced knowledge of MS Excel and PowerPoint.
    Experience with SAP EWM is an advantage
    Agile Methodology knowledge and experience
    Lean Six Sigma, APICS, FPX or PMP methodologies knowledge of and/or certifications is an advantage

    The anticipated salary range for this role is

    J&J Flex:

    J&J's enterprise way of hybrid working for eligible office-based employees requires at least 3 days on-site with the option to work up to 2 days remote per week.

    Ability to travel up to 25%-50% of the time, domestic required. Location dependent.
    Position located in Memphis, TN with consideration for other US locations
